Injured me...

Injured my left elbow yesterday while cycling at East Coast Park and was swollen and unmovable. It's rather terrible but the sudden thought of the plight of millions of victims in China quake make my heart goes out to them. My holiday trip to China next week will predictably be a gloomy one as sorrow fills the air in China. There are thousands of students buried alive under their own school building and this is horribly saddening as China's persistent one-child policy means that thousands of families are going to lost their only child-who was invested heavily in love and education. However, Nature's wrath is unavoidable and the least we can do is to pray solemnly for them. Life is short but can be as brilliant as a flickering firework. Do not be blinded by unlimited material wants and start to enjoy life as life is a process and not simply an end-this applies to myself as well.

I went to rebond and dye my hair today at Jantzen-Causeway branch. The hairstylist and the shampoo girl are both so chatty. The hairstylist is especially thoughtful and speak in such a low and calming tone-just like a father. This feeling is so warm and inspired me what to find in my future bf...lol. But wait, he's too old for me though...lol. Overall, my hair was washed four times which means four kind of chemicals were applied on my hair. I felt so chemically-laden or unhealthy in another words. The last dying chemical even caused some allergy reaction and my scalp felt pricking! Maybe I should think twice before I dye my hair ever again. However, the color is quite nice-my favourite sunny brown tone;)
